 Austin agents now have one central source for handling all of their appointment needs.

CTASAustin is now offering two types of services to Austin area agents:

     Showing service: This service will set all of your appointments for a listing. We will handle your incoming phone calls, as well as, provide you a showing feedback section which will allow you to see who has shown your listing and what their comments where. Registering for this service is free! Simply click on the registration tab above and register under the listing service. Once a listing has been submitted you will need to put CTAS and our phone number (877.339.4004) in your showing instructions. For more information on this service please view our about us tab.

     Appointment service: (OPENING SOON) CTAS appointment setting service will set all of your showing appointments for you either online or over the phone using one central number. You will no longer need to call 5 agents to set 5 appointments, we will do the legwork for you. Your appointment confirmations can be phoned, emailed or texted to you and will include all showing instructions.
